The expression “seize the moment” which appears in the video below means “to take advantage of the moment/ make the most of the moment you have“… another example: “to seize an opportunity”
Class project – This week we’ll be talking about this video related to LXD. Watch it and try to get further information about LXD. QUESTION for the class: How would you describe what the dancers do? What is LXD all about?

English – Essential course – lesson 4 and 5/50 – Present simple (introduction)

The simple present tense indicates HABITS mainly. Example:
I work every day. Negative: I don’t work every day. Interrogative: Do you work every day?
In the 3rd person singular, you must add “s” or “es” in the affirmative form.
He works every day. Negative: He doesn’t work every day. Interrogative: Does he work every day?

Remember: I work (simple present) – I don’t work – Do you work?
I am working (present continuous) – I am not working – Are you working?
