I have had the pleasure of working with Fabiano many times to deliver very technical operations training for one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers. The intense, three-day sessions required Fabiano to immerse himself and learn not just the automotive business, but also the specific vernacular associated with the regional variances of such a global company. I believe that one (of many) of Fabiano’s key skills that promoted the success of the executive training sessions is his ability to assimilate rapidly to different cultures and perform his translations with conviction and realism. He relates well to both executives and “front-line” workers, which is a valuable characteristic in any business. Andréa Casa Foi um tempo maravilhoso de aprendizado. Minha bagagem intelectual, meu conhecimento no idioma se deve muito à Open. só tenho agradecimentos, pois sem ela e sem o Fabiano Garcia forçando tanto para aprender, aprender, falar inglês o tempo todo e com todo mundo, não sei onde estaria hoje.
